Hybrid-WAN is allowing organizations to connect geographically dispersed sites more easily than ever before. Using multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) circuits along with carrier Ethernet, T3 links, as well as traditional leased lines and public Internet connections with recent developments, the technology is offering more versatility. NexGen Networks is expanding this flexibility by leveraging the power of cloud connectivity to its premier MPLS WAN service for private networks.

NexGen Networks specializes in developing high-capacity communications services for carrier and enterprise customers with tailored solutions. Using its fiber optic network delivery connectivity in major metropolitan areas across North America, Europe and the Far East, the company delivers facilities-based services including, Ethernet, SONET, wavelength, dark fiber, colocation and more. This infrastructure makes it possible to offer hybrid-WAN deployments across a wide geographical location for organizations of any size.

According to the company, improvements in cloud delivery services now provide increased reliability so customers can trust their traffic in cloud technology. The new service is taking advantage of this reliability for routing network traffic from multiple locations directly to the cloud service of the customer instead of going back to a main datacenter.

However, the issues of connectivity is still a risk. To overcome this challenge, NexGen Networks is combining its Managed MPLS WAN and Direct Connect Cloud to provide the flexibility of cloud and the reliability of MPLS WAN service. Organizations can now have a versatile architecture so they can deploy hybrid-WAN services knowing they will always be connected.

Jeffrey Barth VP of Sales for NexGen Networks says the new improved Managed MPLS WAN with integrated Direct Connect Cloud Service, "Will allow customers to secure the benefits of cloud computing while mitigating the downsides thanks to our private, secure, and reliable Managed MPLS Wan service."

He adds, "Direct Connect Cloud Service will be offered to MPLS WAN clients, allowing them to establish true any-to-any connectivity from any branch or headquarter office to communicate directly to its own private cloud, resulting in a versatile, economical architecture that saves bandwidth while maintaining security and low latency."

As more of the services organizations use and provide is delivered through networks, it is essential to have infrastructures that are highly reliable. This includes keeping up with the latest available network technology. The new solution from NexGen Networks is using proven technology to completely eliminate or minimize interruptions for companies with critical services as well as everyone else.
